Minimum Order:
We are currently only accepting orders of $50 or more
prior to shipping and applicable taxes. Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, and MasterCard. We cannot accept checks, postal money orders and credit cards registered outside the United States and Canada. We do not ship COD. The billing address and phone number given will be verified with the issuing bank and must match the billing address and phone number listed with the issuing bank. All transactions are performed on a secure web server. If we are not able to verify the billing address electronically, we may require additional information. We reserve the right to deny any order. You can be confident that your personal information will not be compromised or shared with any other party. We will not bill your credit card until your products are actually shipped.
Taxes:
All orders shipped within the state of Texas will be charged an 8.25 % sales tax. Otherwise, there will be no taxes charged on the purchased items.
Product Availability:
Products are generally kept in-stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, your entire order will be held until the out-of-stock item is back in stock. You will be notified via email or phone of any delays and given a best estimate on when the item will be available for shipment.
Canceling Orders Prior to Shipping:
Due to the speed at which orders are processed, it is very unlikely that we will be able to change any aspect of your order once it has been electronically transmitted to the warehouse. We can only ensure a cancellation or change if the item/s are on backorder. To cancel a backorder, please contact us by email at customerservice@ChristmasTreesAndMore.com.
Shipping:
Most of our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders to be processed after your order is placed. Tracking information is e-mailed within 24 hours of shipment. We are currently unable to ship or bill to addresses outside of the U.S. Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot deliver to APOs, FPOs, or U.S. Territories. The shipping address and zip code you enter as your ship to address/zip code must be correct. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping address, and you may be charged for an address/zip code correction.
Standard Shipping within the United States:
We estimate all of our shipping charges by weight, delivery / ship to locations and shipping methods. Actual shipping charges may apply. Standard shipping is identified as "Ground" shipping and usually takes 2-10 days to arrive. Delivery time is based on business days with arrival of shipment by 7:00 PM; weekends and holidays are not included. If you live in a remote area, shipping time could take longer.
Express Shipping within the United States:
We also ship 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air. Delivery time is based on business days; weekends and holidays are not included. Express shipping charges are based on the package weight; package dimension and destination zip code. We recommend shipping to a business address. We cannot be responsible for any carrier delays in delivery.
